Online pet cremation ordering is the fastest and most convenient way to secure our services. Simply fill out the simple order form on this page with basic information about yourself and your pet - its name, species, weight, method of delivery and any additional services. After submitting the form , we will contact you as soon as possible (usually within a few minutes) to confirm everything, arrange an exact date for picking up the pet and answer any questions you may have.

If you don't have the energy or time to fill out the form at the moment, you can call us anytime at 733 739 000 and we will process your order together over the phone. We are here for you around the clock, even on weekends and holidays. If you prefer to meet in person, you can stop by our office in Strasnice - we recommend arranging a visit in advance.

In addition to the animal cremation itself, you can choose in your order:

• transporting your pet from your home or from the vet,

• attending the farewell ceremony,

• type of urn (the basic one is free, others in the e-shop),

• commemorative items (paw print, commemorative jewellery, etc.),

• express cremation on the day of receipt or

• the possibility of attending the cremation itself.

All options are optional and selectable - you only choose what you really want. We do not charge any hidden fees.

You don't need any complicated documents to order an animal cremation. You just need to know the basic information about the pet and be prepared to fill in an affidavit that the animal has not suffered from a contagious disease and that it has not bitten anyone. 

You can pay for the cremation in advance by bank transfer, by card at a personal meeting or in cash when you collect the urn. We don't require payment in advance - we want you to be able to concentrate on saying goodbye first and foremost, and then sort everything else out when you have peace of mind. Ordering a pet cremation with us is not tied to immediate payment.

After confirming the order, we will come for the pet at the agreed time (usually within a few hours in Prague, otherwise by agreement). After receiving the pet we will arrange everything necessary - storage, marking, preparation for cremation. The cremation itself usually takes place within 2 - 3 days. After its completion, we will send you an SMS or e-mail with a call to pick up the urn, or we will send or deliver it as agreed.
