Whether you need immediate transportation and cremation of your pet, or just have a question or request, get in touch - we're always happy to help and advise. Telephone and e-mail (non-stop)
If you prefer to contact us by phone, please call our main line 733 739 000 (for Prague and its surroundings) or 739 006 406 ( for Teplice, Ústí nad Labem and North Bohemia). These telephone lines are manned 24 hours a day. You can also email us at info@kerberoskrematorium.cz
We monitor emails regularly and will usually reply to you within a short period of time. For the Teplice and Ústí region you can also use the address teplice@kerberoskrematorium.cz. Your message will be sent directly to our office in Teplice.
Contact form
Directly on this page you will find a simple contact form through which you can send us your question or message. Simply fill in your name, email and phone number and write what is on your mind in the message box. After submitting the form, we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within minutes to hours). You can use the form for any questions or comments you may have. If you prefer electronic communication to a phone call, this is ideal.
Addresses and personal meetings
Kerberos Crematorium operates primarily in Prague and North Bohemia, but we can provide our services anywhere. We have two physical locations where we can meet in person:
Prague (office and ceremonial hall) - ul. Brigádníků 3353/351b, 100 00 Praha 10 - Strašnice. At this address we organize the farewells to the pets and we can arrange for personal collection of the urn or formalities. Please make an appointment in advance by phone to ensure your full attention.
Teplice (branch) - ul. Dubská 714/20, 415 01 Teplice (We operate this branch for clients from the Ústí nad Labem region and its surroundings. You can bring your pet here by prior arrangement or pick up the urn. It is also better to call in advance so that we can wait for you.)
Zápy - Crematorium (Prague-east) - ul. Královická, 250 01 Zápy. (Our cremation oven and technical facilities are located here. This address is used more for logistics and technical purposes, it is not normally accessible to the public. If you need an individual arrangement - e.g. cremation with participation - we will of course transport and accompany you here.)
Even if you are located outside of these regions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Over the years, we have helped clients from all over the Czech Republic and we always find a way to provide services from further afield.
Social networks
You can also find us on social media - especially on Facebook under the Kerberos Krematorium profile. Although we don't handle official orders via social media (to protect your privacy), you can follow our news, articles from the Academy or testimonials from other clients. If you send us a message on Facebook, we will also try to answer you there as soon as possible.
